◆Permanent Magnet Medium Frequency Generator Welding Machine◆
This permanent magnet medium frequency generator welding machine was jointly developed by our company and professors and doctors from the School of Engineering and Technology at Southwest University. It is the first of its kind in China and has been granted multiple national patents. It is a project supported by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. This product has the following features:
1. Wide application range, suitable for professional oil and gas pipeline construction, railways, municipal pipeline networks, chemical plants, power plants, and steel mills for construction and emergency repairs.
2. Medium frequency three-phase rectification provides smooth current, excellent dynamic characteristics, and fast response speed (1-3ms), meeting various welding requirements and suitable for various acid and alkaline welding rods and argon arc welding operations.
3. Its permanent magnet technology offers a compact size, light weight, low iron loss, and high power efficiency, reaching 90%.
4. It eliminates the high failure rate of IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors) and adopts a recessed control mode, greatly improving control system reliability.
5. Dual operating mode outputs meet the requirements of both welding and using small power tools.
6. This project has received support from the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund.
